Warranty & Return Policy

At CherryAffairs, we take product quality seriously and want you to shop with confidence.

We offer a 30-day warranty for defective products from the date of delivery. If your product arrives defective or develops a fault within this period, it may be eligible for an exchange.

Please contact us first to verify your product’s eligibility before returning or mailing the item back to us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene and product safety are important to us.

For the safety and well-being of all customers, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

We are unable to accept requests for exchange, return, or refund due to:

  • Unsuitable size
  • Unsuitable colour
  • Unsuitable function
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Discomfort that is not caused by a product defect

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Selected electronic devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

This applies to the following brands:

Aneros, Autoblow, Arcwave, Bathmate, Bodywand, B-Vibe, CalExotics, Crave, Dame, Doc Johnson, Dorcel, ElectraStim, Erocome, Evolved, Fleshlight, Fun Factory, Hot Octopuss, Je Joue, Jimmy Jane, Jopen, Kiiroo, Layla, LELO, Lovehoney, Lovense, Mystim, Nexus, Nomi Tang, NS Novelties, NU, OhMiBod, OVO, Partner, PicoBong, Pipedream, Plaisirs Secrets, RocksOff, Satisfyer, Sqweel, Svakom, Tenga, The Screaming O, Tracy’s Dog, Uprize, Vedo, Vibease, We-Vibe, and Womanizer.

CherryAffairs will assist with the replacement process for eligible products from these brands.

For LELO products, customers may follow LELO’s warranty registration process where applicable.


What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers electronic or manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

  • Single-use products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic deterioration

  • Damage caused by accident

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Products or accessories that have been opened, repaired, modified, or taken apart

Any attempt to open, repair, or dismantle the product or its accessories will void the warranty.


Original Packaging & Serial Number

For selected brands such as We-Vibe, Womanizer, LELO, Lovense, and Arcwave, please keep the original packaging.

A valid serial number found on the product box may be required to process the exchange or warranty claim.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange for a defective product, please email us at:

customerservice@cherryaffairs.sg

Please include the following details:

  1. Order number

  2. Product name

  3. Contact number

  4. Description of the defect

  5. Photos or a short video showing the defect, if possible

This helps us assess and process your request more quickly.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you may return the item by:

  1. Dropping it off at our Kaki Bukit office

  2. Mailing it back via SingPost Normal Mail

  3. Arranging your own courier return

  4. Arrange a doorstep courier pickup
    Chargeable at $3 within CherryAffairs’ 30-day store warranty period; $5 thereafter under the brand’s warranty.

Please do not return any item before receiving confirmation from us.


After We Receive the Returned Item

Once the returned item has been inspected and the defect is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

If the same product is out of stock, you may choose to:

  1. Wait for restock

  2. Exchange it for another product, with any price difference topped up or refunded

  3. Receive a full refund

If the product is tested and found to be working normally, the return and re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer.


Return & Re-Delivery Fees

For approved defective-product exchanges within the 30-day warranty period, return fees will be reimbursed up to S$3, and re-delivery fees for the replacement item will be covered by CherryAffairs.

The re-delivery method will follow the shipping method selected for the original order.

For warranty claims under the 1-year manufacturer warranty after the initial 30-day CherryAffairs warranty period, return and re-delivery fees will apply accordingly and will be borne by the customer.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued as store credit by default.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on CherryAffairs.

Customers may request a refund via bank transfer instead. Please note that transfers to non-DBS bank accounts will incur a S$1 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


Accessories

The term “Product” refers to the main pleasure product.

If the main product is working normally but an accessory, such as a USB cable or charger, is faulty, we will replace the faulty accessory only where applicable.


Right to Reject Claims

CherryAffairs reserves the right to reject any exchange, return, refund, or warranty claim if the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Claims may be rejected if the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, improper handling, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised tampering.
